On Monday, April 1, over 200 leaders of the Illinois business and civic community gathered for the launch event of the Illinois Business Immigration Coalition, Co-Hosted by Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Caterpillar Inc. Chairman and CEO Doug Oberhelman at the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago.
