Mayor Rahm Emanuel today joined 20 other city mayors and village presidents, including the Mayors of Peoria, Champaign, and Urbana, in a bipartisan letter urging support for common sense immigration reform. The letter was addressed to Members of the Illinois Congressional Delegation.
